Essence at Work
Work from who you are.
Work is one of the places where our patterns become most visible. These times ask us to learn how to recognize them. So we can reconnect with our own nature and stay connected to what, and who, truly matters.
It is precisely there that greater freedom emerges: the freedom to stay connected to yourself, make more conscious choices, and work in a way that truly feels aligned with who you are.
About
My name is Stanneke Kusters, social psychologist and coach. For nearly twenty years, I have guided professionals in working from authenticity, especially in environments where pressure is high.
Under pressure, it becomes clear how we respond to tension, responsibility, and teamwork. Old coping strategies and patterns often emerge: we adapt, hold ourselves back, take on too much responsibility, avoid conflict, or become disconnected from what is essential to us. Over time, this begins to create friction. How do you stay true to yourself in what work asks of you, without losing connection with the people around you?
As a social psychologist, I support professionals and teams in exploring how they can work with greater awareness, clarity, and authenticity.
Vision
Research shows that people who work from a strong sense of authenticity tend to be more resilient, more creative, and experience greater meaning in their work. As a result, they bring significant value to the organisations they are part of.
When people work from their true selves, it creates space for passion, clear leadership, and genuine teamwork.
