Work With Me
Through Essence at Work, I guide professionals and teams in their development as individuals and as leaders. I bring together years of experience working with professionals and a broad foundation in psychology, systemic work, transactional analysis, NLP, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
I work with care and without judgment, paying attention both to behaviour and to what lies beneath it. In my guidance, I draw on both the mind and the signals of the body, as well as what emerges in the present moment. This brings clarity, greater agency, and the space to act with more awareness and freedom.
As a psychologist and coach, I have extensive experience working within the legal profession, the public sector, and other professional service environments; organisations driven by impact, where quality and responsibility are central.
How I work:
Tailored Individual Coaching
Individual guidance for senior professionals and leaders who want to reflect on their role, their leadership, or the dynamics of the environment in which they work. This is an intensive process, centred around clearly defined goals and requiring commitment and focus.
This leads to:
- Greater clarity about what feels right for you and how you want to act on it.
- More authenticity in how you relate to expectations, roles, and responsibility.
- Insight into the patterns that shape your leadership and teamwork.
- The ability to lead with clarity and directness while staying connected to others.
- A stronger sense of direction in your work and in the choices you make.
- Greater calm and focus in the way you think and act.
Each programme is tailored to the client’s specific context and questions. The process therefore starts with an in-depth, no-obligation intake, in which we explore the underlying developmental question and the intended direction together.
In-company personal leadership programmes
Through Essence at Work, I design and facilitate in-company programmes focused on personal leadership and communication.
In these programmes, professionals deepen their self-awareness, learn to recognise patterns, and develop a more conscious way of acting in their work.
Topics that are often explored include:
- Strengthening self-awareness and self-worth
- Encouraging autonomy and ownership
- Developing reflective capacity and psychological flexibility
- Gaining insight into developmental needs and supporting professional growth
While the focus and tone are personal, the insights are always related back to the organisational context and its needs
Team Guidance
Teams function best when there is space for openness, trust, and for addressing what is truly going on.
In team guidance, we explore the underlying patterns that shape collaboration, communication, and decision-making. This shared exploration often brings greater understanding, clarity, and effectiveness within the team.
Team guidance may take the form of separate sessions or a longer-term process.
